📺 YouTube Ingestion + Supabase-Only Reads
- Fetching video details from YouTube now only happens once on add, and the data is stored in Supabase (title, thumbnails, duration) to get rid of the issue of quota limits and allow for more customisation.
- All listings/pages now read stored fields; removed runtime YouTube API calls.
- Significantly reduced YouTube API quota usage.
✨ Add Video Enhancements
- Users can now edit and save a custom Title when adding a video.
- Preview of video details now shows when a user pastes a link (title/thumbnail/duration).

- Tag pages: improved matching for slugs and casing; more robust results.
